Friendly Robotics is expanding the Robomow product line with the launch of the RL1000 model for the 2004 season. The RL1000 comes with a Docking Station providing a fully automatic solution to maintain your lawn. Once you schedule the weekly program, the new RL1000 Robomow will depart at the times you have preset and will automatically return to the Docking Station to recharge and get ready for the next scheduled operation. With the RL1000, your lawn will be maintained even when you are away from home.
The Robomow® product line of automatic mower s now comprises three models: RL500/550 for smaller lawns, RL800/850 for bigger lawns and the RL1000 suitable for any lawn up to 1500 m² providing a fully automatic solution to maintain your lawn.
All you have to do is press the "Go" button, and come back to a perfectly mowed lawn 2-3 hours later. With the RL1000 you don't even have to lift a finger and it will automatically depart from the Docking Station!
Easy to set up, it requires only a single wire pegged around the perimeter of your lawn, creating a virtual fence. Set up once, and gain hours of free time every week to do what you really like to do , while Robomow ® mows your lawn.
Environmentally friendly , Robomow® doesn't leave any grass clippings as it cleverly mulches the grass into very small clippings, acting as a natural fertiliser for your lawn. There are no pollutants and it's very economical , requiring no fuel, tune-ups or other repairs.
And of course, you can mow the lawn while you sleep. Robomow ® makes very little noise and turns itself off when finished.
Suitable for all domestic garden and lawn shapes and sizes, the innovative on-board navigation system allows Robomow® to mow your lawn systematically, while sensors ensure it avoids obstacles such as trees, shrubs, people and pets.
Robomow® measures width 65cm, length 90cm and height 35cm. It has a 56 centimetres cutting width and is powered by rechargeable batteries, which recharge overnight. Robomow ® is an extremely safe device, equipped with mower-lift detection, child lock, captive blades and an anti-theft system making it truly a friendly and helpful appliance .
